Q: Is my data safe?

A: Your portfolio data is stored locally on your device or in your personal iCloud account. We cannot access it. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Q: How do I back up my data?

A: You can export your transaction records with the CSV export feature. If iCloud sync is enabled, your data is also backed up automatically to iCloud.

Q: Why are quotes delayed?

A: Quotes come from a third-party data source, Yahoo Finance, and may be delayed by 15 to 20 minutes. They are for reference only.

Q: Are rebalance suggestions financial advice?

A: No. Rebal is a calculation tool that shows buy and sell suggestions based on your target allocation. All investment decisions remain your responsibility.

Q: How do I cancel my subscription?

A: On iPhone, go to Settings, tap your name, open Subscriptions, find Rebal, and cancel there. Access remains active until the current billing period ends.

Q: Will I lose my data when I switch phones?

A: If iCloud sync is enabled, signing in with the same Apple ID will sync your data automatically. Otherwise, export CSV on the old device first and import it on the new device.
